MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY APPLIES
For all hardware and software purchased from Fort Technology group, the manufacturer's warranty will apply. If extended warranty applies, Fort Technology would have to have written confirmation that Fort Technology Group is authorized to perform the warranty work and would be compensated for labor/hardware not covered by the warranty.
Fort Technology Group may assist the customer with getting warranty from the Manufacturer, but if the manufacturer states that the item is question is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the customer acknowledges that Fort Technology Group is not responsible for the manufacturer's warranty. The customer will be responsible for any labor and hardware charges resulting from any work performed by Fort Technology Group that are not covered by the Manufacturer's warranty
